Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Penrith. I greatly enjoyed staying in this luxury and good standard place. All the employees were affable and smiled at me. Large and airy room with a really comfortable bed, I had a special stay. The location was marvellous there, to the lakes.

Overall it's luxurious hotel, great value, and the facilities are excellent. The staff is affable and excellent. The property has a marvellous and lovely location, very close to the centre as well as bus station. Taste of Bengal, where you can eat lunch, is not too far away from the property, really enjoyed this place.

I thoroughly enjoyed this ideal and beautiful hotel. The breakfast was tasty and gorgeous and with fresh raspberries, the staff was great. My spacious and airy room came with goodies to try as well as bedroom. The venue had a central setting in a taxi which the owner arranged for me.

Luxury and good standard hotel located in a local area right by town center and transport links, friendly and informative. New-fashioned and neat room with lovely view out the big window, a really comfortable bed plus goodies. Amicable staff in the whole venue. Extra special overall experience.

I loved the room with a separate bed, the bed was big. The hotel had a central position next to the lakes, the best eateries and attractions and the Lake District.

Great location not far from a great Italian restaurant, and the main high street, the town center and town centre and places to eat in the evening, only 10 minutes walk from a public park.

Modern and compact room, warm breakfast. Central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were nice.

The location of this hotel is perfect, being close to the town centre and just a short walk from restaurants and pubs. The rooms are immaculately clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are spotless and the showers are excellent. The service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, with options like scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and fresh fruit and yogurt. this hotel offers a great experience for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One minor issue was the somewhat unpleasant smell coming from the cupboard under the sink in the bedroom.

The hotel was LOVELY little, and I thoroughly enjoyed helpful staff and neat room. This accommodation was in the central location to a great Italian restaurant.

Its stylish Victorian hotel with affable and nice staff. The rooms here are extremely spacious for our tea. The location is excellant and incredible, to the Highlands of Scotland.
